ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCHANGES ONLY  Exchange orders at sales@joyoussin.com  Refunds within 7 days from the receipt of the merchandise. Items must be returned in original conditions.   TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGES The items must be unharmed, unwashed, not worn or altered and must have all original tags still attached. We will not accept any returns that have been worn.  If the item failed these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost. INSURANCE All orders are insured during the time of transit.
